Job summary

Arlon Graphics, LLC in Placentia, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, improve equipment uptime, and coordinate contractor work for a 200,000+ square-foot facility.

You will drive preventive and corrective maintenance, analyze downtime, manage spare parts, and partner with production, engineering and quality to keep plant operations safe, reliable, and efficient.

Qualifications

• Ten (10)+ years of relevant experience, with at least five (5) in supervision.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
• Experience with CMMS for work orders and PMs.
• Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs and VFDs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians to minimize downtime.
• Plan weekly maintenance schedules and major repairs.
• Coordinate with contractors; manage spare parts inventory.
• Ensure safety compliance and calibration program.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams.
