Job summary

The role combines hands-on technical leadership with problem solving and continuous improvement across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

You will oversee preventive maintenance programs, manage work orders, and align maintenance priorities with production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college or technical trade education preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant maintenance.
• Maintenance Electrician, Technician, Journeyman status or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance team members with a strong safety culture.
• Supervise daily maintenance operations and provide prompt, high-quality support to plant operations.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment issues involving electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Apply working knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC logic to support troubleshooting.
• Support maintenance, repair, rebuild, and installation of mechanical and hydraulic presses and other production equipment.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions to improve reliability.
