Job summary

Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing (GRAM) seeks a Maintenance Manager to ensure reliability, availability, and maintenance of production equipment and facilities. Lead the maintenance team, drive preventive maintenance, inspections, and contractor oversight while advancing safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a strong background in maintenance leadership within a technical manufacturing environment, knowledge of GMP/CFR, and CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reliability, mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering or related technical discipline.
• 6–8 years in maintenance and reliability leadership in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP standards and CFR guidelines; CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and coach maintenance staff including supervisors, planners, technicians, and contractors.
• Develop and grow a high‑performance maintenance & reliability organization aligned with company growth.
• Establish and lead a high‑performance PM and PdM maintenance program.
• Oversee vendor selection, contracts, and performance reporting; manage service level agreements.
