Job summary

Perdue AgriBusiness in Salisbury, MD seeks a Senior Maintenance Reliability Engineer to lead reliability programs that improve asset performance and reduce downtime. You will drive RCFA/RCM, predictive and preventive maintenance and develop asset strategies across the facility.

You will partner with maintenance, engineering and operations teams, mentor supervisors, and apply precision maintenance techniques while leveraging IBM Maximo to sustain improvements and enhance plant reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Reliability, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; advanced degree desirable.
• 5+ years reliability experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with RCMS/RCM and RCA facilitation.
• Strong knowledge of precision maintenance and equipment failure modes.
• Experience with CMMS (IBM Maximo) and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability concepts including RCA, RCFA, RCM, and predictive maintenance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting across maintenance and operations.
• Develop and implement long-term equipment maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize asset performance and downtime.
• Mentor maintenance supervisors and craftsmen in reliability practices.
• Apply precision maintenance techniques and improve MTBF.
