Job summary

Roquette, a global leader in plant-based ingredients, has a vacancy for a Maintenance Engineer. You will supervise the Craft Team, plan maintenance, and own the RCMM program to enhance reliability and safety on site.

The role requires a decade of industrial maintenance experience and an engineering degree or equivalent, with leadership ability and SAP familiarity to manage resources and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Experience leading a maintenance team.
• Knowledge of Reliability Centred Maintenance and utilities management.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership of the site Craft Team and Maintenance Stores.
• Ensure safe and efficient planning and execution of maintenance work.
• Own the Equipment Reliability Centred Maintenance program.
• Manage external resources and vendors for maintenance projects.
• Support the Site Capital Program and budgeting.
• Maintain audit-ready maintenance documentation and records.
