Job summary

Roquette is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to join our Newark, DE site leadership team. This role oversees maintenance, reliability, engineering, facilities, and capital improvements at a critical pharmaceutical manufacturing site.

You will lead a team of ~20 professionals, drive asset reliability and plant performance, and champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of maintenance, reliability, engineering, or manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in reliability strategies, continuous improvement, and asset management.
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, food, or specialty chemicals is a plus.
