Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Coordinator to oversee labor, material, and resources ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-efficient maintenance across stations. You will guide outage and non-outage work, provide technical direction, and develop work scopes and estimates per company standards.

Ideal candidates have a STEM background, strong communication and analytical skills, and experience managing multiple projects with minimal supervision in a regulated energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or equivalent combinations.
• SRO license with 5 years related experience.
• Associate degree with 7 years total related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years related experience.
• OSHA and environmental regulations knowledge required.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work instructions for maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Develops and coordinates short and long-term maintenance schedules.
• Conducts field walkdowns to identify maintenance needs.
• Defines procedures, drawings, equipment and materials for planned work.
• Verifies compliance with procedures, codes and standards.
• Interfaces with others to resolve work package issues.
• Performs additional duties including outage support as required.
