Constellation seeks a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to coordinate labor, materials, and other resources across a nuclear plant to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective work execution.

You will develop scope, plans, and estimates for outage and non-outage maintenance, and drive improvements by analyzing trends and coordinating with station teams. The role requires strong planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with emphasis on OSHA and environmental regulations compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher with related work experience in maintenance
• SRO license with related experience acceptable for role
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations for safe operations
• Ability to manage multiple maintenance projects with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Prepares work instructions for maintenance repairs, preventive maintenance, and modifications.
• Develops short- and long-term maintenance schedules with station departments and external resources.
• Conducts field walkdowns to identify and analyze maintenance activities.
• Defines procedures, drawings, equipment, and materials for planned work packages; facilitates package prep.
• Ensures work instructions comply with company procedures, codes, and standards.
• Interfaces with teams to resolve work package issues and provide direction.
• Performs emergency response and outage support as needed.
