Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull for extended periods.
• Willingness to work hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions.
• Able to climb and work at heights with stairs/ladders.
• Follow safety, quality, and grooming standards.
• Wear PPE such as safety shoes, glasses, hearing protection, cap, hair net, gloves.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and replace industrial machinery and equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Perform basic machining and welding tasks.
• Understand circuit layouts and troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical components.
• Provide technical support and plant leadership for troubleshooting and modifications.
• Participate in root cause analysis discussions for improvements.
• Engage in uptime and downtime preventive maintenance.
• Assist training of new employees.
