Job summary

Avet Pharmaceutical seeks a Maintenance Mechanic II to perform advanced troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on oral dose manufacturing and packaging lines in a cGMP environment. The role requires autonomy to minimize downtime and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Trade School or technical degree preferred in industrial maintenance.
• Basic electrical systems knowledge required.
• 5+ years in multiple maintenance trades; pharma/biotech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or automation equipment.
• Diagnose and repair automated packaging lines and vision systems.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain documentation in CMMS and adhere to cGMP standards.
