Job summary

Aveva Drug Delivery Systems in the United States is seeking a highly skilled maintenance professional to repair, maintain, and support packaging line and finishing equipment. You will create and edit documentation, assist in process/tooling improvements, and help ensure continuous operation during production runs.

The role requires adherence to cGMPs and FDA standards, with hands-on maintenance, equipment qualification, and collaboration with engineering teams to minimize downtime and drive

Qualifications

• Technical Associate Degree or vocational schooling required.
• 8+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and FDA regulatory requirements.
• Proficient with Word/Excel; familiarity with MS Project; CAD is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance on packaging/finishing equipment.
• Repairs and maintains packaging machines to minimize downtime.
• Install, test and assist in qualification of new packaging equipment.
• Assist engineers with daily engineering tasks.
• Investigate root causes of downtime and other events.
• Prepare and submit CAPA reports.
• On-call duties for production packaging issues.
• Write shift updates to supervision and staff.
• Coordinate engineering tasks for technicians and engineers.
• Work within company values and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
