Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred graduate of Millwright/Mechanic trade school with blueprint reading, machining, welding.
• 3–5 years on-the-job experience as a millwright/mechanic in industrial/chemical/pharma settings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot systems and mechanical equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance like roll changes, lubrication, belt and bearing changes.
• Dismantle/assemble machines, weld, machine with lathe/mill, and use precise measuring tools.
• Repair/install piping and fittings; use CMMS for work orders and scheduling.
• Assist with part recommendations and support safety and environmental initiatives.
