Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with PLCs, machine controls, servo drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including punch presses, thermoformers, interfolders, conveyors, and packaging machinery.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Repair, replace, and fabricate machine components as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment while following all company policies and procedures.
• Complete maintenance activities accurately and efficiently to support production goals.
