Smart Sand in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Manager to supervise maintenance activities for production and facility equipment, ensuring safe operation and adherence to preventive maintenance programs. The role reports to the Plant Manager and works primarily at the Oakdale, WI facility.

Candidates should have 5–10 years in mining maintenance or engineering, 10+ years of maintenance experience, MSHA training, and electrical or welding certification.

Formación

• 5-10 years of maintenance/equipment and/or engineering experience in a mining environment.
• 10+ years of maintenance experience required in mining or related field.
• MSHA training and experience required; strong safety commitment.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, organizes and supervises maintenance staff and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance in all repairs and construction.
• Develops and coordinates a preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime.
• Manages budget, inventory and purchases for maintenance activities.
• Coordinates outside contractors for capital projects and major repairs.
