Job summary

CT Polymers in Bourbon, IN seeks a Maintenance Manager to own and optimize our extrusion, compounding, and facility assets. You will lead a maintenance team, implement predictive and preventive programs, manage vendor relations, and safeguard worker safety while minimizing downtime.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of manufacturing experience, ISO 9001 exposure, and hands-on mastery of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; experience with MaintainX CMMS and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in engineering plastics (recycling/compounding).
• Experience in ISO 9001 environments and supervising maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and assess maintenance staff; foster accountability and teamwork.
• Plan, schedule, and execute mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs and calibrations.
• Drive Predictive/Preventive Maintenance using MaintainX and optimize breakdown management.
• Oversee vendor/subcontractor activity, evaluate estimates, and ensure project quality.
• Develop SOPs and maintain precise technical documentation; manage departmental budget.
