Job summary

HL Mando America Corporation seeks a Maintenance Head of Team to lead maintenance operations, manage a team of engineers and technicians, and drive reliability initiatives across our automated manufacturing lines. You will oversee budgets, spare parts, and external contractors while coordinating with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to meet targets.

Candidates should have at least 10 years in automated manufacturing maintenance, 3 years in a managerial role, and strong PLC/robotics

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a highly automated manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manager role.
• Extensive knowledge with electrical and hydraulic machines.
• Strong PLC and robotics skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review plant equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to recommend improvements in plant operations.
• Supervise implementation, testing, and evaluation of customized production equipment and systems.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, service contracts, and outside contractors.
