You will perform in-plant troubleshooting, improve reliability, manage projects, and develop your maintenance team.

Salary Up to $125,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to Big Sky Country PNW

We’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance for an established food manufacturing facility. This is a working manager role—you’ll be out in the plant troubleshooting, improving reliability, managing projects, and developing your maintenance team. Experience as a leader in a Unionize workforce is a plus.

What you'll do as the Senior Maintenance Manager:

• Strong hands‑on mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, ammonia systems, boilers, and capital projects.
• Engineering degree, technical training, or equivalent experience.
