Job summary

Texas Hydraulics is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance organization across Temple, Texas. The role focuses on reliability, equipment availability, and safety while aligning with quality, delivery, and financial goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive maintenance experience in heavy manufacturing.
• 5+ years of leading maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience using a CMMS, Asset Essentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Maintenance Planner and team to meet safety, accountability, responsiveness, and performance standards.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies aligned with Operations and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Establish and monitor maintenance KPIs (availability, uptime, OEE, MTBF/MTTR, PM compliance, costs).
• Strengthen preventive, predictive, condition-based, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures.
