Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a facilities maintenance leader to oversee all plant and equipment maintenance, manage vendors, and ensure continuous safe operations at a busy distribution campus in Kentucky.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong vendor management, and a track record of driving cost savings while complying with OSHA guidelines and internal safety policies. Join a team focused on reliability and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• 4-6 years experience in facilities maintenance within warehouse or distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience negotiating and managing vendor service agreements.
• Experience managing facilities and/or equipment maintenance in fleet or distribution settings.

Mansioni

• Directly manages all facility maintenance and equipment repairs by over­seing vendors and contractors to minimize disruptions.
• Oversees MHE fleet and packaging equipment at the location and monitors vendor performance.
• Develops cost-saving opportunities by evaluating vendors and equipment needs.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations and Saddle Creek policies.
