Job summary

Bally's in Stateline, Nevada seeks a Maintenance Lead Technician for swing shift to oversee maintenance tasks, coordinate contractors, and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently.

You will train staff, prepare shift reports, respond to emergencies, monitor central plant readings, and collaborate with security on fire systems. This on-site role requires strong leadership and adherence to OSHA/IBC/NFPA standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform all Engineer II, I, and Utility duties.
• Must complete all work orders, whether verbal or physically given, with limited or no supervision.
• Must have willingness to train lower qualified engineers/utility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate daily shift duties.
• Respond to emergencies as requested and ensure safety compliance.
• Create daily shift reports and communicate with manager after each shift.
• Ensure equipment in central plants is within correct temperatures/pressures.
• Coordinate with security on the fire control panel.
