Job summary

Bally’s Corporation seeks a Facilities Supervisor at Stateline, NV to oversee maintenance staff in the absence of the Facilities Manager or Director. Responsibilities include coordinating daily work orders, training junior engineers, and ensuring safety and compliance across the facility.

You will monitor central plant readings, supervise HVAC/plumbing/electrical tasks, and report shift outcomes to management. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to perform all Engineer II, I, and Utility duties
• Must complete all work orders, verbal or written, with limited supervision
• Trains lower qualified engineers/utility and supports customer service standards
• Coordinates work/projects for shift and assigns duties under Manager/Director direction
• Monitors daily shift reports and communicates issues to the Manager/Director
