Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex systems.
• Perform major repairs and overhauls of gearboxes, pumps, motors, and production equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Provide training to junior mechanics.
• Assist with plant shutdowns and equipment installations.
• Review maintenance schedules, work orders, and parts requisitions.
• Ensure safety compliance and a safe work environment.
• Maintain records of maintenance including root cause analysis.
• Perform software updates and configure electrical devices.
