Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Expertise in maintaining and repairing commercial laundry equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, OSHA compliance, and environmental standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Repair and improve efficiency of laundry machinery (washers, dryers, ironers, boilers).
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems within the facility.
• Optimize equipment performance to increase productivity and energy efficiency.
• Monitor utility usage and pursue cost-reduction strategies.
• Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies inventory.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for cost-effective solutions.
• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Set tasks, assess performance, and conduct evaluations.
• Provide training on new equipment and best practices.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
