Job summary

Antero Resources is seeking a skilled Instrumentation & Electrical Supervisor in Pennsboro, West Virginia. The role involves overseeing compliance with safety standards, managing I&E operations, and training staff on relevant equipment operations.

Candidates should have extensive experience in the natural gas industry, with supervisory skills and a high school diploma. The position may involve both office and field work, offering a dynamic work environment with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least five years of natural gas industry and/or Instrumentation & Electrical experience.
• At least one year of professional management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work ensuring compliance with safety processes and NEC code.
• Train staff on equipment and instrumentation operation.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor instrumentation and electrical rules and regulations.

Skills

Good understanding of the Instrumentation & Electrical programming software

Good working knowledge of the National Electrical Code

Proficient with AC and DC voltage systems

Strong knowledge of piping and instrument diagrams

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Good verbal and written communication skills

Good collaborative and interpersonal skills

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
