The position emphasizes leadership across three shifts, with a focus on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and staff development within company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trade School graduate or experience equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all maintenance personnel at Stone City and Headquarters.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance on machinery.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems on machinery.
• Communicate and work with production supervisors/team leaders.
• Read electrical diagrams.
• Communicate with machine manufacturers.
• Train, evaluate performance, and discipline personnel per Employee Handbook.
• Oversee personnel and machinery to ensure safe operation.
• Identify areas of improvement and offer solutions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
