Job summary

Austin Industrial in Houston seeks a Maintenance General Foreman Level 2 NASAP, NABSC to supervise frontline supervisors and maintenance craft personnel responsible for installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of plant equipment.

You will coordinate maintenance activities, lead safety, schedule outages, monitor performance, and provide technical leadership to teams while partnering with Operations, Engineering and Planning to support projects.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience.
TWIC card and driver’s license.
Experience leading maintenance teams during outages or major activities.
Strong troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and root cause analysis experience.
Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling and CMMS.

Responsibilities

Oversees maintenance supervisors and craft personnel; coordinates activities and safety compliance.
Ensures tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and per procedures and standards.
Assigns work, monitors productivity, and ensures timely completion within quality expectations.
Leads troubleshooting and root cause analyses to improve equipment reliability.
Provides technical guidance on maintenance practices and system reliability.
Coordinates with Operations, Engineering, Planning and others to support outages and projects.
Maintains maintenance records, reports, and performance metrics.
