Qualifications

• 7+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• High School Diploma or Educational Equivalent.
• Experience with mechanical/electrical/plumbing and refrigeration systems.
• Familiar with CMMS or EAM software and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and direct escalated maintenance issues across plants and facilities.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, schedule shifts, mentor, and supervise tasks.
• Oversee preventive, reactive, and predictive maintenance for critical equipment.
• Document repairs and updates in CMMS; report to leadership.
• Ensure safety, maintain food safety and quality standards where applicable.
