Qualifications

• Substitution of education/experience may be allowed per department head.

Responsibilities

• Directs, plans and manages maintenance, construction, and related equipment maintenance activities.
• Directs division budgeting and participates in departmental budget development.
• Prepares and reviews reports, records, and program performance; monitors contractor work and compliance.
