Aegis Worldwide is partnering with a large manufacturing operation near Nashville, TN, to recruit an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Manager. This leadership role focuses on developing maintenance strategy, improving equipment reliability, and overseeing facility operations.

You will lead maintenance programs, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement to enhance uptime and efficiency in a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in maintenance management, facilities operations, and reliability within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams and driving reliability improvements.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, equipment performance, and facility management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations, facility management, and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Drive continuous improvement, equipment uptime, and operational efficiency.
• Manage maintenance budgets, capital projects, and facility improvements.
• Lead, develop, and mentor maintenance and facilities personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and applicable requirements.
