Job summary

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, 5 years in maintenance/engineering, and strong problem-solving, with a focus on safety, cGMPs, and continuous improvement. This on-site role offers growth opportunities and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology and 5 years’ experience in maintenance and engineering.
• Ability to read and develop technical drawings.
• CAD, spreadsheet and email software proficiency.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to ensure reliable equipment and facility performance.
• Manage capital projects and maintenance budgets.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with RSYC and BSNAC.
• Lead root cause analyses and drive uptime improvements.
