Qualifications

• Three or more years in hotel, building, apartment, or similar maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience leading a maintenance team and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance programs for equipment and building systems.
• Conduct minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Serve as project manager for in-house projects, coordinating budgets and schedules.
• Secure and supervise outside contractors for complex repairs.
