Job summary

MOBIS Corporate Center America seeks a Maintenance Senior Engineer to drive reliability for production equipment and plant utilities at our Blythewood, SC site. You will lead advanced troubleshooting, implement reliability improvements, and support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance within SAP PM.

You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and EHS teams, review drawings, and contribute to TPM and OEE improvements while ensuring safe, continuous, and efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience in manufacturing equipment and utility systems.
• Experience with SAP PM or other CMMS systems.
• Knowledge of FMEA, root cause analysis, and manufacturing quality systems.
• Understanding of IATF 16949:2016 and VDA 6.3 requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures using structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Why, 8D).
• Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities and TPM initiatives.
• Monitor downtime and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and EHS teams to support plant operations.
• Review equipment drawings and documentation to improve maintainability and performance.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and ramp-up activities.
