Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on mainframe storage experience.
• Experience in 24x7, mission-critical production environments.
• Knowledge of z/OS I/O components and storage concepts.
• Ability to work with z/OS systems programmers.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME consulting on technologies and ensure compliance with standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical definitions and playbooks for deployment.
• Evaluate reference models and ensure fit-for-purpose designs.
• Develop software solutions to automate manual/inefficient processes.
• Conduct on-site evaluations of third-party products considered for adoption.
• Promote inclusive, healthy work environment and resolve blockers.
• Contribute to functional/non-functional product evaluation requirements.
