Job summary

Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi seeks a Senior Systems Programmer responsible for installing and maintaining systems software, providing technical assistance, and managing hardware components. Candidates should have at least 10 years of IBM mainframe O/S system programming experience and relevant degrees or equivalent experience. Qualifications

• An Associate or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field OR equivalent work experience.
• At least 10 years of IBM mainframe O/S System Programming experience.
• Systems Programming experience with DB2 in a Mainframe environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain systems software programs.
• Assist in the identification and implementation of vendor-supplied systems software.
• Design and execute the BCBSMS Business Recovery Plan.

IOCP/HCD Administration

Security Administration (CA-Top Secret)
