Job summary

Broadcom is seeking a senior mainframe consultant with extensive experience in Broadcom Software mainframe products and z/OS. The role requires technical leadership across architecture design, implementation, and post-implementation support.

The candidate should bring hands-on expertise with SYSVIEW, OPS/MVS, NetMaster, and related mainframe tools, with travel to client sites as needed. An engineering degree plus 8+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Engineering; 8+ years of related experience or Master’s in related field
10+ years of experience with Broadcom software mainframe products or similar
Proficiency with Broadcom mainframe tools (SYSVIEW, OPS/MVS, NetMaster) and related subsystems

Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and provide solution modeling for Broadcom infrastructure products
Review solution plans for infrastructure product implementation
Provide technical leadership during trials, POCs, and complex demos
Communicate Broadcom capabilities and differentiators to customers/partners
Coordinate complex product integrations and technical evaluations
Improve customer interactions and enable knowledge transfer for post-implementation support
Maintain deep technical knowledge of Broadcom mainframe offerings
