Qualifications

• This role requires 7+ years in z/OS / CICS, MQ or zCEE engineering.
• 3+ years in a lead role, PM, or driving KPIs and roadmaps.
• Strong mentoring and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health, security, resiliency and performance of System z CICS, MQ for z/OS, and zCEE across Sysplexes.
• Manage z/OS networking and connectivity requirements (TCPIP, LU6.2, EXCI).
• Develop roadmaps and present KPIs, end-to-end workflow diagrams, and reports.
• Lead problembreakdown and root-cause analysis for P1/P2 incidents.
• Provide technical direction and educate team members; mentor others.
