Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with IBM z/OS technologies, batch processing, production support, and Agile delivery.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and IMS.
• Experience with modernization and integration with Java/Spring Boot and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe apps using COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, IMS.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Lead unit, integration, and system tests.
• Provide incident resolution within SLAs and root cause analysis.
• Tune DB2 queries and batch jobs for performance.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and governance.
