Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
- 10+ years of diverse IT experience.
- Direct mainframe experience.
- Ability to lead technical teams and complex programs.
- Mainframe infrastructure or systems expertise.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Advanced certifications preferred.
