Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate lathes, grinders, and other machine tools with minimal supervision.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T specifications, work instructions, and process sheets.
• Select tooling, fixtures, and speeds/feeds for efficient machining operations.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections with precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and equipment issues to minimize downtime and scrap.
• Maintain accurate production, inspection, and quality records.
• Follow all safety policies and lockout/tagout procedures.
