Qualifications
- 7–10+ years experience in machine shop, tool & die making, or industrial maintenance.
- Associates Degree in Tool Trade or Machinist Curriculum, or a High School Diploma with a formal apprenticeship.
- Experience with CAD tools and precision measurement equipment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual machining equipment to fabricate parts.
- Inspect dimensions using dial indicators, micrometers, and gauges.
- Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot failures and implement sustainable repairs.
- Maintain documentation and follow safety, GMP/ISO guidelines as applicable.
