Job summary

You will fabricate parts from stainless steel, aluminum and acetal, read blueprints, and perform measurements to ensure tight tolerances for production equipment. With 7–10+ years in a machine shop, you will troubleshoot failures, participate in preventive maintenance, and collaborate with engineers to implement sustainable repairs.

Qualifications

• As an experienced machinist, you will set up and operate machine tools to fabricate parts.
• Must read blueprints and perform dimensional checks with precision.
• 7–10+ years of machine shop or tool and die experience; no immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, grinders and related equipment.
• Machine and repair components per blueprints and models.
• Verify dimensions with dial indicators, micrometers, and gauge blocks.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot root causes and implement sustainable repairs.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and follow safety guidelines per OSHA/ISO.
