Job summary

You will report to the Machine Shop Manager and contribute to efficient production flow. Responsibilities include setting up machines, inspecting parts, and collaborating with engineering to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with CNC and manual machining tools.
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
• Ability to perform detailed inspections and ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC and manual machines to produce precision parts per blueprints.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure specs and finish meet requirements.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime and keep production flowing.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes.
