Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing and machining environments.
• CNC programming and process development experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schemas, and technical reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication with good analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support production processes and drive process improvements.
• Validate new processes and process changes with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with quality, operations, and design teams.
• Prepare reports and process review documents.
• Balance office (≈30%) and shop floor (≈70%) activities.
