Connect-Force in Michigan is seeking an experienced Machine Tool Pipefitter to build, assemble, and install hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid power piping for custom industrial machinery. You will work with engineers and machine builders to bring demanding equipment to life.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of hands-on pipefitting experience, can read blueprints and diagrams, and are committed to safety, precision, and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in machine tool building or related trades.
• Strong experience with hydraulic and pneumatic piping and fluid power systems.
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams.
• Proficiency using pipefitting equipment, tubing tools, measurement instruments, and hand tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to safety, precision, and quality workmanship.

Responsabilités

• Fabricate, assemble, and install piping for hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and coolant systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams.
• Install hydraulic lines, manifolds, valves, hoses, and other components.
• Troubleshoot leaks and pressure issues to keep equipment running.
• Test systems and verify performance via pressure tests and leak checks.
• Collaborate with engineers and machine builders on builds and upgrades.
• Support commissioning and start-up of new machinery.
