Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a skilled Machine Technician II to operate blow‑mold, grinders, trimmer machines and conveyors at our Breinigsville, PA facility. The role includes troubleshooting production issues and performing minor maintenance to keep lines running efficiently, while adhering to GMP.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of machine operator experience, basic math skills, and the ability to train Level-1 operators. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Intermediate mathematical skills required.
• Three plus years' machine operator experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines and conveyor systems.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance to keep production lines running.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies.
• Demonstrate basic machine operator skills and assist with training of entry-level operators.
• Repair or replace pneumatic and hydraulic lines as needed.
• Support preventive maintenance and equipment changes as required.
