Job summary

Wm. T. Burnett Holding, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator III to safely manage the movement, storage, and tracking of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in a polyurethane foam facility in Phoenix, AZ.

The role requires knowledge of foam materials, equipment operation, and warehouse systems. This position may lead others and supports production workflows. Responsibilities include handling chemical components, operating forklifts and conveyors, and maintaining precise inventory records.

Qualifications

• Requires forklift certification and ability to operate sit-down/stand-up trucks.
• Experience reading BOMs, work orders, and SDS sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage raw materials and components per schedules.
• Transfer finished foam parts between production, storage, and shipping.
• Operate forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate records in WMS/ERP and ensure proper labeling.
• Support safety initiatives and 5S housekeeping standards.
• Provide guidance to junior operators as needed.
