Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Machine Operator IV at Camp Hill, PA, to help keep our production lines safe and efficient. You will operate and monitor multiple machines, perform changeovers, and support maintenance while following safety and quality standards.

Applicants should be eligible to work in the United States, be 18 or older, and able to read, write, and speak English; basic math and computer skills are required to complete checks and document results.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic math and computer capability to complete production and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment by starting up, running, monitoring, and adjusting machines to maintain product quality.
• Set up multiple machines and perform changeovers following established procedures.
• Complete production, safety, and quality checks by tracking information manually or electronically.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and troubleshooting, escalating issues when needed.
• Perform job duties in a fast-paced, cold, or warm production setting with required PPE while engaging in physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time, climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance and product integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
