Job summary

Cargill is seeking dedicated personnel for a full-time role in California. This position operates on a 12-hour rotating shift and involves hands-on processing, equipment operation, and material handling to maintain steady production flow.

Applicants should be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, lift up to 50 lbs, and use PPE. English communication is required; SAP/CMMS experience and forklift operating are advantageous. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions with PPE.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime or different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Executing processes and operating equipment to maintain a dynamic, continuous flow.
• Monitor tank levels, temperatures and pressures, documenting readings and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and operate equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Unload raw materials, load finished products and control inventory to meet customer needs.
• Communicate with peers and management to promote teamwork and skill development.
• Operate forklifts and railcar movers as necessary.
• Move, dump and unload ingredients in railcars/trucks and follow safety policies.
