Job summary

Clemens Food Group is seeking a full-time Machine Operator IV / Production Worker in Tyrone, PA. You will set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to keep the line safe and efficient, with responsibilities including quality checks, basic troubleshooting, food safety, and maintaining a clean work area.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of machinery experience in production or manufacturing and a willingness to learn; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Lockout/Tagout certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to maintain continuous production.
• Perform routine maintenance, setup, cleaning, and tear-down of equipment.
• Adjust machinery based on product specs to optimize quality and line speed.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet targets and improve efficiency.
