Job summary

Clemens Food Group is seeking a Machine Operator V/Production Worker for our Tyrone, PA facility. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring the injector machine, ensuring safety and quality across production runs.

You will load ingredients, adjust settings, and perform basic troubleshooting in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The position is full-time on 2nd shift (3P-11P) with opportunities for growth, benefits, and training.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or equipment operation experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical ability and willingness to learn how to operate and adjust equipment.

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment? We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Machine Operator V/Production Worker. In this role, you’ll ensure the safe and efficient operation of production machinery to support continuous, high-quality production runs.

Join Clemens Food Group as a full-time Machine Operator V / Production Worker in our food manufacturing and pork processing facility. You’ll set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment, including an injector machine, while keeping the production line running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include machine operation, quality checks, basic troubleshooting, food safety, sanitation, and maintaining a clean work area. Ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, machine operation, food processing, meat processing, packaging, assembly, or equipment operation. Responsibilities

• Set up, start, operate, and monitor the injector machine during production.
• Load or supply the machine with the product and ingredients needed for production.
• Monitor machine settings, speed, and performance to make sure equipment is operating correctly.
• Make basic adjustments to the machine when needed.
• Inspect pork products throughout the process to make sure they meet quality standards.
• Keep product moving efficiently through the production line.
• Identify machine problems and communicate equipment or maintenance issues to the appropriate team.
• Complete basic production and quality checks.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, GMP, and workplace safety procedures.
• Clean and sanitize the machine, equipment, and surrounding work area.
• Assist with production, packaging, material handling, or other manufacturing duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous machine operator, manufacturing, production, warehouse, food processing, packaging, or equipment operation experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working around production machinery and equipment.
• Basic mechanical ability and willingness to learn how to operate and adjust equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and production procedures.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a production team.
• Ability to read, write, and enter data in English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Lockout/Tagout certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

This position works in a food manufacturing and pork processing facility. Team members work around production equipment and moving machinery and may work in refrigerated or temperature-controlled areas. The position requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive production tasks.
